Management Team
Ms. Hamburger is Chief Executive Officer and President of 3i Infotech North America (NA), responsible for the strategic direction of 3i Infotech’s operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Ms. Hamburger’s role involves driving growth in 3i Infotech’s IT, infrastructure and BPO services, including responsibility for 3i Infotech NA’s subsidiaries: J&B Software, a leader in payment processing, imaging, document management and capture solutions; and Regulus Group, the premier provider of outsourced billing and payment solutions, where she still serves as CEO and President, a position she also held prior to her appointment to 3i Infotech NA.
Ms. Hamburger brings decades of billing, payment, financial services and technology expertise to 3i Infotech NA. Under her leadership, Regulus has become a leading service partner for some of the largest companies in the U.S. She executed a clear strategy to align the Regulus enterprise for the next generation of emerging e-services and solutions.
Before joining Regulus, Ms. Hamburger held senior leadership roles at a Fortune 500 telecommunications company in a variety of sales, marketing, and treasury positions. In 2008, Ms. Hamburger was honored as a Woman of Distinction by Outputlinks for her leadership and contributions to the high volume transaction output (HVTO) industry.
Mr. Ganesan oversees the finance, accounts, planning, and MIS functions of the 3i Infotech, North America, and its group companies. He has also been actively involved in the areas of corporate structuring and taxation.
He holds a double major in Finance with over 15 years of experience across Finance, Sales and Operations. Before taking up the current role, Mr. Ganesan was responsible for the Banking and Technology businesses for 3i Infotech’s Europe, Middle-east and African region.
Mr. McShea is a twenty-eight year veteran of the payment processing and document imaging industry. Before joining J&B Software, Mr. McShea served as National Director, North American Partner Channel Group of Unisys Corporation where he directed all facets of Unisys Business Partner sales and marketing programs throughout the United States and Canada. As Chief Revenue Officer for J&B Software and Regulus, Mr. McShea is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with established clients as well as implementing new business development initiatives across North America. Mr. McShea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA.
Before joining J&B Software, Mr. Ramakrishnan spent his career with the Tata Group - India's largest conglomerate and a pioneer in the field of IT services, consulting and business process outsourcing.
During his tenure at Tata, he was responsible for business development and management of IT services, joint venture relationships, partnership development, offshore services, and BPO services for financial and commercial organizations, and the public sector. Mr. Ramakrishnan ran the American operations for a Tata Company from 1993 to 2003. Prior to that, he was based in London for ten years responsible for the Company's European operations. Mr. Ramakrishnan holds a BS in physics, a BE degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in marketing. He is also an executive council member of the International Engineering Consortium.
Mr. Kincade has over 20 years experience in payment processing; along with extensive experience in sales management and customer operations. Mr. Kincade has functioned as J&B Software's vice president of operations and as manager of its lockbox division. Mr. Kincade was instrumental in making J&B a leader in the remittance industry. Prior to joining J&B, Mr. Kincade was an account executive for Unisys Corporation. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Boston College.
A 15 year J&B Software veteran, Mr. Natraj has held variety of technology and business management positions. In his role as solutions director, Mr. Natraj provides strategic direction and oversight to J&B's installation services and product development and technology group. Mr. Natraj holds a bachelors of technology from BITS, India, masters of technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India and a master in business administration from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia.
Mr. Wynn has spent his entire career in the financial services industry. Since 1999, he has held various positions selling and marketing B2B products and services to Fortune 500, public, non-profit and healthcare companies. Prior to joining J&B, Mr. Wynn held both Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development positions at Clinical Financial Services offering remittance and payment services. Today, Mr. Wynn is responsible for J&B's marketing mix, campaigns, branding and marketing strategy. Mr. Wynn holds an MBA with a Marketing focus and a Dean's Certificate of Excellence from Temple University and a BA in Economics from Hobart College.
Mr. Young has nearly 30 years of IT and Consulting experience, with over 20 years in Remittance and Payment systems delivery. Prior to joining J&B, Mr. Young was an independent consultant to the Financial Services Industry leveraging his "Big 5" and Fortune 500 experiences for over three (3) years. Mr. Young has held various management positions in the past with Unisys, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and other smaller firms. Mr. Young holds a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University
With more than two decades experience in product management and development, Mr. Rosenberg has expertise in remittance and payment systems, treasury management and health care. Mr. Rosenberg was a business unit director for J&B from 1999-2004. He is also a former COO of IntegriCor LLC/JC Medical, LLC. He has also held senior positions with American Management Systems and Unisys. Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in business administration.
Mr. Crowley is a 12 year veteran of international business development in the Electronic Content Management (ECM) industry. Before joining J&B Software, Mr. Crowley served as Global Business Development Director, Top Image Systems Ltd (London, United Kingdom), where he directed the highly successful SAP workflow and ECM initiatives of the company throughout the world. As Director of ECM, Mr. Crowley is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all ECM business development initiatives across North America. Mr. Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Boston College.
