J&B Software to Exhibit and Present at TAWPI 2009 Forum & Expo

Company will Highlight Suite of Payment Processing and Correspondence Management Solutions that Improve Efficiency and Reduce Cost

Key elements at the TAWPI conference that showcase J&B Software include the following:

  • J&B Software will present with the Indiana Department of Revenue & JP Morgan Chase on Monday, August 3rd at 2:45 PM Eastern Time.  The presentation will review the Indiana Department of Revenue's project to implement a fully image-based return processing and retrieval system.  The speakers will share the project's objectives, successes, and lessons learned.  The session will also discuss the current and future benefits of the technology and its impact on revenue operations, taxpayer customer service, and fraud detection.
  • J&B Software will present with Univision Communications, Inc. on Tuesday, August 4th at 10:30 AM Eastern Time.  The presentation will focus on how Univision financially justified the move toward managing the processing of invoice payments in-house and capturing payments at remote locations.  The presentation explains the process as well as its expected results including a payback of less than one year, a reduction in wholesale lockbox transaction fees, and an improvement in Days Sales Outstanding.
