J&B Software's Electronic Clearing Suite (ECS) is an integrated solution that allows for the clearing of both electronic and paper of checks via ACH and Image Exchange networks. Our ECS provides capability to consolidate multiple payment channels like WEB, BOC, and POP into a single clearing mechanism. The solution's Intelligent Decision Engine has extensive algorithms to arrive at the most efficient clearing mechanism for each check at the item level.

J&B's ECS solution imports and stores images and data from a remittance system and multiple payment channels like WEB, BOC, and POP using a special intelligent decision engine component that qualifies each transaction. This decision engine determines the most efficient clearing method for each transaction based on its routing numbers, transit numbers, work source, amount, image quality, and endpoints. For Check 21 eligible transactions, the component generates extracts in X9.37 format. For ACH qualified transactions, the component generates extracts in a NACHA standard ACH file.
