J&B Professional Services Group has a proven process to support our clients in implementing our software solutions as well as in creating new and differentiated solutions unique to our clients.
Our structured services approach includes the following phases:
Discovery Phase
This is the initial process of getting to know the customer. It includes understanding the market the customer is in, the customer's expectation, the competitive landscape of the customer, industry trends and best practices in the customer's industry.
Conceptualization
This is the typical RD phase, where the customer's high level requirements are translated to J&B. Here we fine tune our solution offerings to meet the customer's needs. We present an architecture and a high-level design for review as part of RiTE Methodology as well as define user interfaces, screen layouts, report layouts and solicit feedback.
Construction
This is the actual development phase of the system which includes coding, unit testing, system and performance testing.
Deployment or Implementation phase
When we deliver the system to the customer for User acceptance testing, conduct User / Operations training, hold hands though production "go live" process and facilitate transition to ongoing support.
