Support Services
J&B offers the following support service plans
Standard support
5x12 Telephone production support, including dial-in support, as appropriate, will be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern time, except during J&B's normally scheduled holidays .
Extended hours support
7x24 Telephone production support except during J&B's normally scheduled holidays
Development support
Telephone consultation, is offered to Client's who have undergone technical training offered by J&B in resolving questions directly relating to development of the Software, will be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern time, except during J&B's normally scheduled holidays .
Special support
Other support such as peak production support can be requested through the change request department.
